NxWorries Returns with "Why Lawd?"
The Duo Drops Their Sophomore Album
NxWorries, the duo of Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge, has released their second album, "Why Lawd."
The follows up their 2016 debut, "Yes Lawd," and finds the duo continuing to explore their unique blend of soul, funk, and hip-hop. The album features guest appearances from Thundercat, Syd, and J. Cole.
In a statement, .Paak said, "Why Lawd is a record about love, loss, and redemption. It's a record about the struggle to find your way in the world and the importance of finding your purpose."
Knxwledge added, "This album is a reflection of where we are at in our lives right now. We're both older and wiser, and we've been through a lot together. This album is about our journey and our growth."
